Weather Data Disclaimer

Weather data provided by DualDegrees is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather forecasts. You should not rely solely on this App for weather-critical decisions. Weather data is sourced from third-party providers and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by DualDegrees and protected by intellectual property laws. The weather data displayed is provided by third-party services under their respective terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DualDegrees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from inaccurate weather data, service interruptions, or data loss.
